Actually, the specs between S Series & K Series are quite similar, the main difference is S series runs on hybrid storage HDD+SSD while K runs on HDD only.
ASUS is bringing in S 46/56 here locally, where as K Series is subject to confirmation from ASUS HQ.Some links for your reference:

this is the specs of the K not the S.
some are similar.
like the S has 2xusb 3.0
