Bonjourno boys and girls…
The independence of Malaysia has turely brings a lot of emotions, memories and pride in every single one of us as a Malaysian. Well Im not really 100% sure about that statement that I have made because so far, I have seen so many people pointing fingers here and there over some matters. For instance the most talk about issue right now would be over the song Negaraku-ku, or maybe the rumours over the Indians protesting in Pasir Gudang, Johore or better yet, the actual truth about Malaysian independency…
Its ironic how the medias, government and the organization cares so much about these problems. You know why kids? Because they are oblivious. Malaysians are oblivious! I can say that again if you want. These people can blame other people all they want because they wont stop. Take a second and take a look around you. Malaysians are not yet free from the invaders! We are still slaves! Slaves from our own obnoxious habit of littering and ignorance over our land. Not country! Im talking about our land…

This is not a new syndrome among Malaysians. It has been like this since 1957 or maybe before that! More than 50 years with this filthy habit. How can we call ourself an independent Malaysian? People still litter eventhough the rubbish bin is in front of them! Thats how sad and critical this syndrome is becoming!
These are some of the typical mindset of these type of Malaysian. “Ah, there are going to be someone who are going to clean this!”, “I pay my taxes so that those city council workers do their job. And this is their job!” Shallow and “simple” minded people. Believe it or not, these are the things that came out from their mouth.
These ancient tradition must be stop. Foreigners and tourists named us “A big rubbish bin” and that is a disgrace not to our country! But to us! Just try and think of our mother earth, our enviroment before you throw that rubbish away from your car/hand/or whatever because these simpe act could damage ourself.
Our rivers has never been cleaner since 1980s. All of the urbanization has not only bring us to modernization, but also close to the end of our green forest and rivers. We do not want our kids and grandchildrens to live like this in the next 50 years! It doesnt hurt you to throw that rubbish in the provided bin.

So kids…
I would like to stress out my points here. You dont want to grow up and be like us (my generation) We have reached the hardcore-litter bug level and its not hard for us to stop doing it. We just need a little wake up call. We can still catch up with the modernization and still keep our enviroment clean and green. Wake up my Malaysian friends or anyone around the world, free yourself from this filthy habit. We have one earth, once chance and one oppurtunity. Happy 50th independence Malaysian!
